Can't log in Spotify Premium

I suddenly can't log in at my Spotify premium. It acts as if I'm in a foreign country. While I'm just in Italy where I live.

Have you created the account while you were in a foreign country?

Because if so the account is located in that coujntry.

El día 03/06/17 compre una tarjeta premium y al ingresar el código me mando un mensaje que decía que mi código premium no parecía ser válido así que acudí a la tienda Comercial Mexicana donde la compre y me dijeron que estaba activada que era problema de Spotify que puede hacer?

Paguei o boleto há mais de 7 dias e não sei como acessar a minha conta premium.
