Can't log in after updating payment details

Can't log in after updating payment details

Hey there,

 

This could just be due to payment details updating so apologies if so, just want to double check in case..(and I really miss my music!)

So I'm unable to log in to my account currently, receiving the message 'please go online to connect to spotify' - with internet connection, retrying and logging out and back in, I can't get past this error message.

 

My payment had lapsed as I was using my Irish card (now in New Zealand) and that account ran out of money, so I've updated it to my NZ card. I can't change my location on my profile so not sure if that's causing issue.

 

On my account it says 'your plan will automatically renew on the 24/12' - is there any way to log in prior to this or get it to kick in sooner?
