My Question or Issue

I upgraded from an individual account to a duo account so my daughter could have her own account. She followed the link on her phone, and that worked fine. But I can't log her into her iPad now. I found the link she used to set up the account, but it says it's being used already. She didn't create her own user ID and password (that I know of), and if she did, she won't remember it. How can I get the information for her login so I can log her into the iPad? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out. That's odd.

 

When she opened the invite link, she was asked to either sign in with her existing account or create a new account 🙂 You could remove the account from the plan by following these steps and then send her a new invite.
