Can't pay my subscription

I can't pay my suscription. I wanted to pay for a month and it doesn't accept my card. I have already tried with 3 different ones. I get the message that says: "There was an error with the payment. Please try again, use a different card or try a different payment method".

Thanks for reaching out. Whenever your payments are reapeatedly unsuccessful, the system can lock your account, causing all future attempts to be rejected. Perhaps this is what happened here. Please reach out to our support team so they can check this backstage for you and release your account if necessary.
