Can't pay with my usual card and new card is refused

Can't pay with my usual card and new card is refused

I have received several messages recently by mail: "the payment is not working".

I dont' understand as my card is perfectly working and I use it to pay spotify for a while.

The card is not expired (2018).

I tried to re-enter the card and I have a message : "bad day for your bank".

I also tried another card from another bank I have the message.

And now my premiun account is suspended.

So sould I have to cancel my account and go to deezer?

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble paying for Premium at the moment. I’d recommend checking out this article for payment troubleshooting steps.
