My Question or Issue

 I am already verified as a student. I also received a message from this and asked to continue the purchasing process by tapping the site that is mentioned in the message. But, the website that it goes to says that it is "forbidden", or simply, I cannot access the page. How can I access the site? Or, rather, how can I complete the purchase? Thank you.

Could you try this using another browser or incognito mode to see if that helps? If you're still having trouble, please send over a screenshot of the error message and the link that you used to process payment.

I tried other browsers as you suggested but the same message appears everytime. I am wondering why this is happening whereas my friend didn't have any problems regarding the purchase. Thank you for your response, btw.

Thanks for the screenshots. Please make sure to sign up for the Student Discount here. You should be notified by email, but not text message.

They do contact us via sms as you have to tick a box to receive the text. I had the same issue but the link sent  via email worked. If that doesn't work, you can contact SheerID  for support.
