Can't see Spotify offer of 12 months for Rs. 299

I am currently using Spotify mini and yesterday my friend told me that there is an offer of 12months for 299rs but when I checked i couldn't see any offer

Pls solve this i really want this offer

I have gone ahead and checked to confirm the offer on the website. As you can see in the screenshot, it shows me the offer with limited eligibility. If you are unable to see this, please log into the Spotify website and then head over to this page.
