Can’t shuffle my music after paying for premium

Can’t shuffle my music after paying for premium

I have subscribed for premium twice and I can’t listen to music without Ads, Ads keeps coming up and I can’t shuffle my music even while on premium. That’s not fair at all. And I just subscribed for a year.

What kind of device are you using Spotify on?

 

Also, can you please go to this page and check if it says that you're on Premium?

I am using and iPhone 15 and yes I am on premium. My subscription is to expire August of 2025

Thanks for letting me know.

 

There's a high chance you're logged into the wrong account within the Spotify app 🙂 You can check out this guide on locating any additional Spotify accounts.

 

In addition to that, you can log out of the app and try signing in via Apple or Facebook.
