Can't subscribe

Can't subscribe

I've tried multiple times over the last month to subscribe to Spotify Premium with no success. I chose PayPal and click CONTINUE. I sign in to my PayPal account then click Agree & Continue. My screen says it's processing and then loops me back to page asking me to subscribe to Spotify Premium. I'm so annoyed because I've wasted so much time trying to make this go through. What is the issue?!

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

It's odd that this happens. Can you try again but from a computer using an incognito window? In case you're trying to pay for the 30-day trial or an offer, could you check if that PayPal account has been used before for Spotify?  if so, we suggest you try with a different payment method.
