Can't update payment method

Hi.

I had to change my credit card due to it being cloned, now when I try to update my payment method, I can't .

I hit the update button and nothing happens, it just reloads the same page. 

I thought it was because I was on my mobile phone so I tried the pc, nothing.

How can I update my payment info?

same issue most be somthing wrong with the system. is thier anyway to contact the people who work at spotify

I had the same problem yesterday after doing the free trial I needed to change my payment info and I could not update my credit card info and the page just kept refreshing the only solution was to cancel my premium subscription and then sign up again with my new credit card information worked fine good luck
