Can't upgrade to Premium with a Debitcard from Raiffeisenbank

I got a Notifaction a few weeks a go that Spotify can't take money from my account (it has enough money on it), so I think it will resolve itself. It didn't, the last debit was in September. I even tried create a new account, it still doesn't work. I hope someone can help me.
PS: I'm sry for any spelling or grammar mistake, English is not my first language)

Thanks for reaching out on the Community.

 

You can take a look at this page to see what else you can check with your card besides the balance to make sure your payment to go through.

 

We'd recommend checking if the card is not expired and it is enabled for foreign, secure online, and recurring purchases. You can look for these settings in your bank’s mobile app.
