Okey so I have a Duo Plan with someone else, but I can't use Spotify in my phone but in my PC. I even have the payments up to date. Here's some screenshots.

I am having trouble exactly like the person with the Motorola 5 g ace. Why?

If you've successfully activated Premium on your account but you don't see any Premium features, you may have logged in with an alternative account instead 🙂 
To check if this is the case - log into your Account Overview page here.
If it says Premium in there, log out and make sure you're using the same login credentials for the app.

In case it doesn't say Premium but you're certain that your payment has gone through, you can take a look at this FAQ page for tips on how to locate Spotify accounts.
