I am subscribed to patreon through Spotify. How do I cancel the patreon subscription?

Thanks for reaching out. There is no official partnership between Spotify and Patreon and no joint subscription between the two either. If you subscribed to Patreon to support a specific creator, you need to use your Patreon account to manage your active subscriptions there. If that doesn't work, reach out to Patreon's support team for assistance.
