The Release Radar playlist doesn't depend on your subscription tier. The playlist should operate in the same way for both tiers, Free or Premium.

How do we find Release Radar now? I'm on the free version and I don't see it anywhere? Only "Discover Weekly".

Welcome to the Community! 

Release radar is a playlist that is specifically curated for every user and it gets updated every Friday with new music for you to explore, while Discover Weekly gets created every Monday with music that matches or extrapolates on your taste based on what music you`ve been listening to.

If you`ve listened to them you can find them in your home tab, but if you want to find them you can simply search for them in the search bar and they will always pop up as the first playlist.
