Cancel account without log in details?

My Question or Issue

My 13 year old son has set up a free trial and is being charged every month. I've just found out all his pocket money is going to Spotify. He doesnt use Spotify and does not know the log in details. surely there's a way to get his money back and cancel. There's no help line and no contact details without an account.
