How can I get into my account to cancel payment if I can't remember my password?

What you'll need to do is contact Spotify support and they'll help you out. Make sure you have your payment details ready, and your username if you know it. That'll help them track down your account so they can cancel your subscription. The easiest way to contact them is by getting in touch with SpotifyCares via Facebook or Twitter. You should get a response within 48 hours.
