Cancel premium on my ex's spotify account

So I made a premium plan for my ex. I don't have acces to her account and can't cancel the premium from there. She won't change the card from mine to hers, so I'll have to pay. Of course I don't want this, and also I can't block spotify from my current card, they said there's no way for them, unlike other banks..... Please, if spotify support see this, help me, I don't want to get rid of my card just for this.....

In this case, it's best to reach out to Support directly. Make sure to explain to them that your card is being used for that specific account without your authorization 🙂
