Cancel premium subscription not working

My Question or Issue

 I am trying to cancel my Premium subscription from my spotify account. Whenever I do this through the manage plan option I get a message stating "Oops something went wrong, please try again" and the subscription has not cancelled. I have tried this from IOS and Android devices and also from a PC running Chrome. All get the same error and I have tried this about 10 times now.

Don't worry, we're here to help. Can you try canceling your Premium subscription by using an incognito window on Google Chrome?

I have tried this and unfortunately it made no difference, I received the same Oops message.
