My Question or Issue

I want to cancel my subscription but I don't see the "Cancel plan" button. It's not tied to some internet provider or anything. I pay for everything myself with my own card. After scrolling down there is no "Spotify Free" plan

I'm sorry to hear you want to cancel Premium. You can cancel your subscription following these steps. Please make sure to do this at least 24 hours before your billing date.

If you still can't see the option, can you share with us a screenshot of what you see?

Now I don't know if there's 24 hours before the next billing date, but yesterday when I looked, everything looked identical. I don't know if this is because I accepted the price changes for the premium plan and got an additional 3 months at the old price.
