Para cancelar sua assinatura Premium, basta seguir estes passos:

Entre em spotify.com/account.
Em Gerenciar seu plano, clique em Mudar plano.
Role até o Spotify Free e clique em Cancelar o Premium.
Siga as etapas até ver uma mensagem de confirmação.
