Canceling subscription

Hi, I am trying to cancel my subscription and I have tried to do it in Spotify and it won't let me it's grayed out, so I went to my subscriptions under my iCloud account and it doesn't even have Spotify listed there. I still get charged monthly.

If you subscribed with your card directly from our website, you can cancel the renewal of your subscription with these steps. We suggest that you do it from a computer, using a Google Chrome incognito window.

If you're unable to do it, you can also contact our support team via email here or through our official social media channels in Facebook or Twitter. Our team will be able to check your account and cancel the subscription for you if needed.

I'm trying to canel my spotify premium subscription but when i go to subscription on the main spotify page it doesnt come up with an option underneith saying would you like to cancel your spotify premium. I've tried everything and my next payment is in two days.

If you're not seeing the option to cancel, it sounds like you're logging in to a Free account. It's possible therefore that you might have 2 accounts.

If this doesn't do the trick however, don't worry. We'd then recommend contacting Support:
