Alright so this sounds weird, but I had added card to my old Spotify account and I don't have any more access to it and now they are charging me every month which I want to terminate. How do i do that? Ps : I don't have access to my previous email neither any login help.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
