Cancelled Spotify Family order

Cancelled Spotify Family order

I cancelled my Spotify Family order and I guessed that my profile changed your free version automatically.  I noticed today that it didn't come that way. I really want to get my money back because I don't want to continue my order anymore.

Hey @veteenpiirrety,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

I cancelled my premium order now but I thought that when I had cancelled my family order, it would be changed the free version automatically. I paid one month extra now and that makes me mad.

I'm a student and I haven't really too much money for anything useless.

Would you be able to let me know if you got the confirmation email from Spotify? If you didn't, something might have happened and your subscription wasn't cancelled properly!
