Cancelled my 3 Month Subscription and it will keeps charging me up until 11-9-17

My account is Brandon__b__ 

I did a 3 month trial in June and cancelled it before the three months were over.  Now I keep being charged 9.99 every month even though i cancelled my subscription.  I cancelled it again and it still wants to charge me up until 11-9-17, this is outrageuous.
