Why was I charged $14.99 instead of $9.99?

Shomehow without my input or approval my account was changed from a premium account to a family plan. Even though I specifically signed up for a premium account and never chose a family plan. This is unacceptable. Why did this happen?

Question for Canadians

Until now I have not had a Premium account. When staying in the USA, the service disconnects after 14 days. Will this problem go away if I upgrade to Premium?

Can I switch premium from one accont to another

I just got premium, but I found out that I paid for it on a wrong account (an account I don`t use any more). Is there a way to switch the premium from my old account to the one I use now, without paing for the premium again?

weird premium trouble

hello , i just bought premium with the new 9,99 deal however it seems to be link to my FB profile? and it doesn't have my old playlists but when i log in with my normal username it seems to still be the spotify free client

Spotify are still taking payments after I have cancelled three times already

I have cancelled my premium three times now and still being charged. I have followed all the recommendations online and on the spotify website but to no avail. I just want spotify to stop charging me. Especially as I hardly ever use it.
