Solved!! Basic Individual plan vs any premium plan

What are the actual differences between the Basic Individual plan and the premium ones? Looks like it might be the access to the audiobooks, but spotify doesn't make it clear.

I’m trying to upgrade from premium to premium for family, and every time I send the codes out, no one is able to redeem them. How can I fix this? Should I cancel my premium subscription first? If so, how can I save the playlists I’ve created?
