i did apply for student discount and send my student document to sheerid. There is no turning mails or okey mails to my e-mail account. How can i track the what happens or did sheerid get my files? i dont know nothing. help me 😛 thanks

same, i applied for the discount like a week ago but did not recieve the mail, a little bit of information about it would be helpful
