Anual prepayment offer while already premium user

I already have a premium account, and I want to access to the prepayment offer (paying the whole year in advance with a 2 month discount).

I haven´t been able to activate this option, being elligible for this offer as stated in the offer itself (it doesn´t exclude current premium users)

How can I access this offer?

Not sure if I should make a new thread or not, but I have the same problem. I'm an active normal (not student, family, etc) premium member, and every time I try to redeem the "$99/1 year" offer, it just tells me

"It appears that you are not eligible for the discounted product that you are trying to purchase. If you'd like you can still upgrade your account to premium at any time." 

Even though I can go to https://www.spotify.com/us/account/subscription/ and clearly verify that I am an active premium member.
