I purchased a Student Premium subscription a year ago. 
I love the fact that Spotify offers such a good deal for students. My only issue with the offer was that they did not remind me in any way that my Student Subscription will end. 
I totally forgot when I started my subscription and I just realized when I was charged full price again that it must have ended. 

Spotify definitely should send a reminder email or offer the renewal of the product.

Do you guys know if you can claim money back for such thing?
