Cancelled premium but globe keeps charging my account

Cancelled premium but globe keeps charging my account

I cancelled my premium last april, but globe still charging my globe number for the subscription... I called globe for how many times to stop it, but they've told me they cannot do something about it since I activated my subscription to your site not to their site! Please Help! Please stop my monthly subs charged every month.. the payment is link to my globe network plan....

Hey @icai19,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

Yes , i received a confirmation email that my spotify premium was successfully cancel.. however, after I cancel my account, globe still charging me for my monthly subscription.. 3mos in a row now..
