My Question or Issue

I received notice today that my Spotify Premium account will be terminated at the end of February 2024 because I did not agree to the price increase.

 

The catch: The Premium subscription was paid for with a voucher code (99€ for 12 months; purchased via Amazon).

When I now check my Spotify account, it says that the subscription is still valid until 13.10.24.

What is correct now?
How is the refund planned for the seven months if the downgrade is made?

The email you received was an error on Spotify's end, it's a message intended just for monthly listeners but for some reason it ended up being sent to you. Prepaid Premium users should not lose their Ad-free listening experience before the listed date on their account page. If it does for any reason, please feel free to reach out.
