Hey! So it blocked my app for a payment issue. I paid via PaySafeCard on google play and i cancelled the premium plan on the google play store app and now i can't access the app. The spotify cancelling website is broken and it won't load , anyone kno

ws how to fix this?

Could you give us some more details? What exactly is it that's not working properly? How does the app look like from your end?

It'd be great if you could even send us a screenshot or two so we can take a look, just make sure it's not showing any sensitive or personal info. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor.
