Individual to Duo Problem

Individual to Duo Problem

I had an Individual plan for over 2 years and 3 months ago I decided to upgrade to a Duo plan so I can use it with my brother. After I did the upgrade  Spotify started charging my card both the Individual and the Duo program. I tried cancelling my subscription and resubscribing but it keeps charging me both.

Hey!

I can imagine how frustrating it is getting double charged.

You might have two different Spotify accounts, one subscribed to individual Premium and the other one to Duo. Could you think of any other email addresses or log in methods you could've used to create an account (e.g. Facebook, Apple, phone number)? 

You can try logging in with those alternative details and check your plan profile to confirm the subscription.

 

If you're able to find a separated individual Premium account, here are the steps to cancel Premium plans.

I contacted support and you're right there was a mistake and my email had 2 accounts registered. I was able to solve the issue. Thanks for your help!
