Cancelling and renewing premium account several times a year

Solved!

Cancelling and renewing premium account several times a year

I would like to maintain a premium account only for a few months of each year. Is there any issue with cancelling and renewing premium account a couple times a year?  What happens to my downloaded songs when I cancel my premium account to free?  Thanks youl

Hey @austintx219,

Yes, of course. That wouldn't be an issue at all. 🙂

Hey @austintx219,

Thanks for reaching out.

When you cancel your subscription, your Premium stays until your next billing date, then your account switches to free.

You keep your playlists and saved music when your account is free. You can also still log in and play with ads, but your offline music will be removed from your device(s), since that's a Premium-only feature.

I hope this clears things up 🙂

Maxim,

What happens if say 3 months after I cancelled my premium subscription, I wanted to purchase the premium subscription again?  Basically every year, I only need the premium subscription for 4-5 months of the year.  Would I be able to keep switching between free and premium multiple times throughout the years?  Thank you.
