Cancelling payments

Hi, I've just signed up to a mobile plan that includes spotify however I need to cancel my card payments and am not sure how to do this?

Hey @bbutel1,

Welcome in the Spotify community! To cancel your Spotify premium you have to contact the support of your phone provider (Because you got the Spotify premium through them and so Spotify isn't responsible for this "special" premium). There is probably also a FAQ on the website of your phone provider, where you will find more details 😉
