I need some help with my continuation in Spotify Premium. So, I have my student discount, but my card expired, so I am trying to use my new VISA debit card, but it does not validate the payment, and I do have money in my account. Please help me, when I put the information related to my card it says "Payment failed. Try again, or use a different payment method."

Hi @DiogoFonseca!

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble paying for Premium at the moment. Can you try this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might be worth trying another device. I’d also recommend checking out this article for payment troubleshooting steps.
