My Question or Issue
I recently upgraded from Premium to Duo in order to add my wife (currently on a Free plan), however every time she clicks on an invite link - no matter how I send it to her - it says she cannot be added because of a problem with her address (ten years ago she lived in the US, however she has been in the UK ever since and we live in the same house). However, she cannot access the settings to change her address on her account - there is simply no functionality available to do this. Please advise! Thank you community.

The most common reasons for this behavior are that the account has already been part of a Duo/Family plan in the past 12 months or that the user missed the verification window. You can find more information here under Member failed verification? - it's the same for Duo.
In this case it would be best to reach out to the folks over at Customer Support, as they're the ones who can take a closer look at this and assist you further.
