Cannot cancel my premuim subscription

Good day everybody.

I have a bit problem here.

I have paid for Spotify premuim. But today i changed my telecom provider for my telephone..

They also had a deal with spotify premuim (basically pay for spotify cheaper by telecom provider).

So i must cancel my subscription. But everytime i tried to click on the link i get a message that something has gone wrong.  I can see the cancellation button.

What might be the problem is that i got a deal for a year of spotify and that it ends somewhere in december. Is there a possibillity for cancellatio as quick as possible?

Try using a different device, or if that doesn’t work. Try contacting Spotify directly they will be able to help with your account. Alternatively, you could contact your credit agency and ask for them to issue a chargeback.
