My Question or Issue
I've moved from Sweden to the UK and will start getting paid in pounds. Naturally, I'm trying to move all my accounts to my new card. However, Spotify is not letting me. I tried to change the card, and got the error "Your payment method and country don't match". Ok, fine, I'll change my country. The dropdown menu is not availible. Ok, fine, I'll read the help guide.
- Log in to your account page.
- Under Account, click Update next to your payment method.
- Enter a new payment method that was issued in your new country or region
Supremely unhelpful. It then says something about needing to change country on Facebook if I used it to log in, but that doesn't seem to be a thing. Please help?
