Cannot find Dragonpay option

I want to renew my subscription before my premium expires, but I cannot find the Dragonpay payment option anymore. The only payment options are through Credit Card, Paypal and the mobile networks in my country. Has the Dragonpay payment option been removed?

I have the same issue with cash payment method.  Dragonpay is doing fine for me this past few months.  But when my premium subcription has ended recently just a week ago, i was not able to resubscribe even after a couple of days of trying.  Please help? Thanks!!
