Cannot finish paying for subscription

So I've got the 3 months for 4.99€ offer (last year around that time I got the 0.99€ one) and i'm having issues finishing with the payment method i've selected. I double-checked before clicking the button for finishing the payment so it's not incorrect information. It told me that it cannot finish the process for some reason. I looked up the options at the "Get help" and tried doing it in incognito mode as well (got the same error). I'm using a different card this time, but I don't think that is the issue. It's a debit master card card that i'm trying to make the payment with.
