I'm trying to update my credit card information. I am able to follow the instruction up to the point of:
In the "Subscription" section, there is no "Payment method" visible to me. Could you recommend an alternative way of updating the profile?

Could you try using another browser or incgonito mode? If that doesn't work, could you try using another device?
If you're still having trouble, could you send me a screenshot of an error message being shown? Please hide sensitive info when posting to the community.

Thanks for getting back to us.
What happens when you click the green button "Change or Cancel"? Will you have the option to change your payment method?
If you can't change your payment method then try to cancel and wait until your account reverts back to Free. You may then resubscribe again.
