My Question or Issue

Hi! Unfortunately I forgot to pay the direct debit for my Spotify + Headspace subscription. When I was downgraded to free  I went to the website to re-activate the promotion, however I get a message saying I’m not eligible. Could you help me? I really valued a lot this bundle 🙏

Thanks for posting here in the Community 🙂

 

Could you open an incognito window on your PC? Sometimes the cache can lead to different issues. Then you can try again here activating the bundle.

 

In there are no changes, you can also send us a screenshot of the error message. We'll look into this further.

Hi Ver,

Thanks for your help, I tried to do as you suggested with the incognito window, but it didn’t work. I always get the same error message.

Could you try with this link to see if the error still occurs? It's also a good idea to make sure that you've logged in the website with the correct account.
