Cannot switch from duo to family

Cannot switch from duo to family

Me and my girlfriend have been using Premium Duo for some years now and we want to switch to Premium Family so that our daughter and son can use their own device and playlist. Somehow the Premium Family doesn't appear in the available subscriptions. 

According to the steps in de help menu, it should. Does anyone know which step to take?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

In some cases, it's required to cancel your subscription and wait until you're back on free before you'll be able to subscribe to a different plan 🙂

 

When you're back on free, you should be able to subscribe to Premium Family at https://spotify.com/family.
