Cannot update credit card info

I just got a new debit card and need to update my payment info. When I try to do this through Account > Subcription > Update, it takes me to a page to enter my card info, I do, then it takes me to a new page where it wants to verify that I'm a student. I am not a student and am not eligible for the discount. I just want to update my card info but it won't let me continue without entering what college I attend, however I don't attent college anymore so I'm stuck.
