Premium issues

Hi,
I have been signed up with Premium for a while now but all of a sudden it's undownloded all my music and saying I need to buy premium? I have tried logging out and back in and this hasn't solved the issue. Please can you help?

Hey @Sophiejkxx and welcome to the Spotify community!

It's possible that you have more than one account and have logged in to the wrong one. If your account was created through Facebook, try logging with the "Log in with Facebook" button.

 

If it wasn't, try logging in with your username and password. Make sure that you're not entering the full email address in the username box. We recommend you try both methods so that you can check which one is Premium.
