Cannot update payment details as Update option will not show under my plan.

Pretty much as it says. I have tried different browsers, cleared cookies and cache. Tired private mode in browsers. Even did a fresh install of Firefox on a computer that never had it installed (win 10). Tried on Mac OS 10.13, and PC, VPN on and off. NOTHING. It shows the plan Family Duo but nowhere does it show UPDATE or anything to the like anywhere to update CC info in every left link we choose. Everywhere google and help here says says, "do this, easy" but nothing.

Thing is we had to have our CC replaced because of reasons. Must it lapse and have a failed payment attempt before this link shows? If so, not too smart when should be able to preemptively pay.

I'm at a loss. Any help would be great and thanks in advance!

Can you please post a screenshot of the "Your plan" section at https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/? Make sure no sensitive/personal info is visible on it 🙂

Hi there was able to get a hold of customer service, looks like the issue was that my daughter main account and only able to update with her account. All solved, all good.
