Cant buy Spotify Premium

Hello!

I tried to upgrade my Spotify because of the 0.99 Euro trial. I tried it with two different accounts several times but it doesnt work. Theres no email, nothing at the paypal website... Just as if I wouldnt have pressed the 'purchase' button... Does anyone have an idea? Please help me! I need Premium for the vacation!
