Hey @Noha3, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

To update your payment details, or change your payment method:

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Under Your plan, click UPDATE next to your payment method.
Note: If your plan is associated with a partner, you’ll need to contact them directly to manage your payment.
  3. Enter a new payment method.

The changes will take effect from your next billing date. If you aren't able to do this, follow the steps using a different browser or private window. If you still have trouble, attach a screenshot of what you are seeing exactly and I will take a closer look. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

Let me know how this goes!

Hey there,

I have posted a previous reply before this one explaining the steps to change your payment method and how to access your account details. Let me know if you need a hand with anything else!
