Cant find the 10 dollars a month option, Help?

Okay so i used to have premium, however i missed a payment and went back to the free subscription. i have used vouchers to have premium for 3 months again and i ran out once again. I now have money to buy and keep up with a monthly payment. So my problem is when i go to upgrade i only get 3 offers: the family plan, the student plan, and the annual pay that costs $120. I cant find the offer to pay 10 dollars a month. if anyone knows what my problem is please help, thank you.

Can you tell me the names of the browsers/devices you've tried it on so far?

Also, do you see the Premium plan if you visit this direct link: https://www.spotify.com/premium/?

If it directs you to a URL with #_more-offers, remove that part and see what happens 🙂
